摘要
段塞流是气液混输管道中经常出现的一种流型,是典型的不稳定工况。段塞流多发生于油气集输系统,在站内原油处理系统中同样存在段塞流现象,给生产系统带来不利影响。以国外某油田地面工程为例,结合其工艺流程对原油处理系统中段塞流的成因进行了分析。针对油田现场原油处理系统中出现的强烈段塞流现象,应用OLGA(全动态多相流模拟计算)软件进行了瞬态模拟分析,并利用顶部节流法等段塞流消除措施对不同工况进行了模拟,结果表明,顶部节流法可有效减缓及消除段塞流。
Slug flow often happens in the mixed gas and liquid pipeline and also in oilfield processing system,which is a typical unstable status.Taking the ground project in an oilfield as an example,the reason for the forming of the slug flow was analyzed for the existing slug flow phenomenon and was verified through the theoretical analysis.Meanwhile the transient simulation software OLGA was applied to simulate the oilfield processing system and analyze the forming process and reason of slug flow.Different processes were also simulated based on OLGA after slug flow elimination measures being taken by regulating at the top of the flow.The relief and elimination of slug flow by regulating at the top of the flow were shown in the test results.
