HAZOP(危险与可操作性)分析方法是目前广泛采用的安全分析方法。阐述了HAZOP分析方法的基本原理及分析流程,介绍了HAZOP分析方法在某海洋平台生产采出水处理系统基本设计中的应用情况。运用HAZOP分析,通过对该海洋平台生产采出水处理系统中潜在的危险进行预先识别、分析和评价后,提出了10项改进建议,提高了工艺过程的安全性和可操作性,对完善基本设计和操作管理具有较强的针对性和指导意义。

HAZOP(Hazard and Operability) is a currently widely applied safely analysis method.The basic principle of HAZOP analysis process and HAZOP application in the basic design of production wastewater treatment system on a marine gas platform in order to reduce the hazards of production wastewater to marine environment were introduced.By HAZOP application on pre-identification,analysis and evaluation of potential dangers on production wastewater treatment system,10 suggestions were made for the improvement of safety and operability of production wastewater treatment system in the basic design stage.
