摘要
针对线缆类材料在自动化加工过程中的颜色分选需要,提出了基于HSL颜色空间模型的彩色图像二值化处理技术,并以中值滤波及数学形态滤波为辅助,完成了对线缆芯线颜色及位置状态识别系统的建立。试验与生产结果表明:该系统克服了以往设备在软性材料的视觉识别中存在的难点与不足,并能满足高速、实时的要求,识别准确率高,具有广泛的应用前景。
To meet the demand of color sorting for cable-like material in automatic industry, a new kind of image binarization based on HSL model has been proposed, with auxiliary median filter and mathematics morphology filter, which completed for the recognition system of color and location. Proofed by test and production, the system has overcome the difficulties and shortcomings of previous vision device in testing soft material. It meets the requirements for high-speed, real-time, high recog- nition accuracy, with a wide range of applications.
