Exploratory Study on Organizational Model of Intellectual Property Management in Shaanxi Universities

陕西省高校云集,科技人才聚集,具有雄厚的科研力量和科研平台,专利申请量连年攀升,对知识产权有了很好的重视。尽管如此对学校来说专利申请量的提升与专利的实施并没有成正比。通过陕西高校现状的调查与研究,找出问题所在,提出合理优化陕西省高校内部知识产权的管理组织模式的对策。

Universities in Shaanxi Province has rich scientific and technological talents, strong scientific research strength and research platform. The yearly increasing patent application has great importance in intellectual property rights. In spite of this, patent application promotion and implementation of the patent is not proportional. This paper, through the investigation and research of Shaanxi university situation,identified the problems and put forward some countermeasures in management to optimize the internal intellectual property rights of universities in Shaanxi province.
