摘要
介绍了电源控制器进行CE101-2试验时出现的限值超标问题。根据测试结果进行了电磁兼容问题的分析,并通过安装隔离变压器和低通滤波器,调整滤波器等相关器件的安装位置,完善机柜接地,提高功率因素等一系列措施进行了整改。经试验验证,整改措施有效合理,系统顺利通过了CE101-2试验。此外,文中提到的电磁兼容整改措施对其他设备也有参考意义。
The problem of limit exceeding in the CE101-2 test of the power controller is introduced. According to the test results, the problem of electromagnetic compatibility is analyzed. Some modiifcation is carried out such as installing the isolation transformer and low-pass iflter, adjusting the installation position of the iflter and other related devices is, completing the cabinet grounded capability, and improving the power facto. The test results proved that the system can pass the test CE101-2 with the rationality and validity of rectiifcation measures. Moreover, the EMC rectiifcation measures mentioned also have reference value to other devices.
