摘要
高等教育质量问题愈来愈受到公众的关注,高校有必要将自身的教学质量状况及时向社会公开。基于此,教育部将教学质量年报制度作为新一轮本科教学评估工作的一项重要内容。从实践情况来看,我国教学质量年报制度还存在一些问题,如高校主动性不足、报告客观性及针对性有待提高等。推进质量年报制度,不仅要提高社会对质量年报的重视程度,同时质量年报还要体现各利益相关主体密切相关的问题,坚持专业性与通俗性相统一,并在其形成过程中重视教师及学生等主体的参与。
As the quality of higher education is increasingly subject to public attention, it is necessary for universities to make known to the public on the teaching quality. Based on this, ministry of educa- tion takes the annual report system on teaching quality as an important content of the new round un- dergraduate teaching evaluation. From the practice, there are still some problems, such as the inade- quate initiative, objectivity and target needed to be improved. Promoting the annual quality report sys- tem, not only needs to improve the importance on the annual quality report, but also the report needs to reflect appeals of the closely stakeholders, combine the professional and popular, and pay attentionto the participation of teachers and students in the process.
