摘要
用标准氢氧化钠溶液来滴定饮料中的苯甲酸,并对测定结果与国标规定的量进行比较,得出饮料中苯甲酸的含量符合国标规定的量,测定结果为250g饮料中苯甲酸的含量为0.01300g,也就是0.05200g/kg。此法简单,操作方便,试剂易得。
Benzoic acid in beverages is titrated with standard sodium hydroxide solution .The determina-tion result is compared with the provisions of national standard .It shows that the content of benzoic acid in beverages is conformed to the national regulations .The results indicate that the content of benzoic acid is 0.01300 g in 250g beverages, that is, the content is 0.05200 g/kg.This method is simple, the opera-tion is convenient , and reagents are available .
