摘要
美国迪斯尼主题公园作为全世界最成功的主题公园之一,其植物造景和养护管理有着独到之处。以美国迪士尼主题公园的植物景观为例,从养护和管理的重要性,养护和管理的哲学,养护与管理团队,以及养护管理与游客服务等几个方面来诠释迪士尼公司植物景观养护与管理的理念。在迪士尼,植物景观的养护与管理有着自己的哲学:强调运用植物景观来叙述故事和承诺一年365天完美的表现。希望借助美国迪士尼公园和即将开业的上海迪士尼公园的实践经验,提升我国植物景观养护与管理的总体水平。
As the most successful theme park in the world, the Disneyland Park is particular in maintenance and management of plant landscape. By exploring plant landscape in the Disneyland Park, this paper illustrates Disney＇s philosophy of landscape maintenance and management from several aspects： importance, philosophy, teams and customer service. At Disney, landscape maintenance and management owns its philosophy： using plant landscape to narrate stories and promising perfect performance within 365 days a year. It is hoped that the Disney experience could help to improve the overall maintenance management skills in China.
