高校图书馆业务流程重组的相关理论研究

Theoretic Study on University Libraries′ BPR

本文就高校图书馆业务流程重组(BPR)的相关理论进行阐释研究。首先论述了BPR的概念和特点,并认为渐进性的BPR即主要对业务流程进行重组为其概念的优化。其次分析高校图书馆引入BPR的可行性和必要性,并且以系统论和知识管理理论作为高校图书馆BPR的理论基础。认为高校图书馆BPR应在以下三大原则的基础上开展:围绕教学科研重组业务流程的原则、置用户于整个业务流程中心的重组原则、选择关键流程优先重组的原则。

The paper was theoretic explanation of university libraries＇ BPR. It first gave concept and characteristics about the BRP and defined the concept of BPR in light of this research, holding that gradual BPR, i.e.reeonstructiun and optimization mainly towards business flow, was what this research was targeted at. It then discussed the feasibility and necessity of libraries＇ in- treduction of BPR, and used system theory and knowledge management theory as the theoretical foundation. This thesis held that the research on university library＇s BPR should be conducted according to the following three principles： BPR centering on teaching and scientific research, BPR that put users in the center of the entire business process, and priority reengineering of critical pro- eesses.
