摘要 为探索习惯性违章行为(HVB)变革驱动力,以矿工为研究对象,分析HVB形成模式,提出HVB变革的3种驱动力——组织管理、作业环境和矿工自身特性,并采用结构方程模型技术验证3种驱动力对HVB变革的影响。结果表明,组织管理和作业环境的完善正向影响HVB变革,矿工安全意识、注意力和执行力通过直接正向影响组织管理,间接正向影响HVB变革。在实践管理中,煤矿企业可通过完善组织管理模式有效驱动HVB变革,预防煤矿责任事故。 HVB is the main hidden trouble during the stable and safety period of coal mine, to explore the driving force to effective evolution, based on previous studies, were taken coal miners as research ob- ject, the formation mode of HVB was analyzed, and then three kinds of effective driving forces, organiza- tion management, work environment, and miners' own characteristics were. put forward. Through setting up SEM, the role of driving force to HVB evolution and relationships between the three driving forces were revealed.
