荆芥穗药材中胡薄荷酮的提取方法研究

The extraction of Pulegone from schizonepeta spike

目的:建立荆芥穗药材中胡薄荷酮的提取方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相;紫外检测器,检测波长为252nm。结果:索氏提取法能从荆芥穗中提出较多的胡薄荷酮。结论:索氏提取法的提取方法简便,比药典的提取方法能提取更多的胡薄荷酮。

Objective：To establish a extraction method for Pulegone of schizonepeta spike .Methods： Using Ci8 column （5μm,4.6 minx 250mm）and Methanol-water（80：20）as the mobile phase,The detection wavelength of UV detector is 252nm.Results：Soxhlet extraction method is better than other methods.Conclusion： Extracting Pulegone from schizonepeta spike by Soxhlet extraction method is easy and better than method of The Chinese pharmacopoeia.
