摘要
目的:建立荆芥穗药材中胡薄荷酮的提取方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相;紫外检测器,检测波长为252nm。结果:索氏提取法能从荆芥穗中提出较多的胡薄荷酮。结论:索氏提取法的提取方法简便,比药典的提取方法能提取更多的胡薄荷酮。
Objective:To establish a extraction method for Pulegone of schizonepeta spike .Methods: Using Ci8 column (5μm,4.6 minx 250mm)and Methanol-water(80:20)as the mobile phase,The detection wavelength of UV detector is 252nm.Results:Soxhlet extraction method is better than other methods.Conclusion: Extracting Pulegone from schizonepeta spike by Soxhlet extraction method is easy and better than method of The Chinese pharmacopoeia.
