亚低温调节神经细胞凋亡的机制研究进展

Mechanism of mild hypothermic regulation in cell apoptosis

亚低温疗法对神经系统疾病具有治疗作用,它能够改善脑缺血、脑缺氧等的病理性损伤。细胞凋亡在神经系统疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,众多研究表明,亚低温对神经细胞的保护作用是通过抑制细胞凋亡、减轻自由基损伤等实现的。因此,亚低温在减轻神经细胞凋亡损伤中起关键作用,现将亚低温在神经细胞凋亡过程中的调节机制做一综述。

Many studies show that Hypothermia therapy can improve cerebral ischemia, cerebral hypoxia and other pathological damage to treat neurological diseases. Apoptosis plays an important role in the development of the nervous system disease. Many investigations attributed the protective effect of mild hypothermia to the inhibition of ceil apoptosis and reducing free radical damage. Therefore, hypothermia play a key role in reducing neuronal apoptosis during hypothermia regulatory mechanisms, we make a review on mechanisms of mild hypothermic protection against nerve cells apoptosis.
