As the U.S.believed,Myanmar is under a real reform and in the early stage of democratic transformation,which has provided a rare historical opportunity for the U.S.to push Myanmar’s reform toward American democracy.In order to dominate the future of Myanmar and its political,economic and social reforms,the U.S.has taken such policy measures as full engagement with Myanmar,a combination of both encouragement and pressure,provision of economic assistance,as well as economic and military engagement,while seeking consultation and cooperation from China on the Myanmar issue.
