Meanwhile, sporting goods industry needs industry standard and fitness centers management look forward to normalization. Need is obvious to direct funds from industry mecha- nism, the intermediary market management specification, intangible asset development and protection. It is a duty thus to strengthen the legislation as well as supervision. It is therefore necessary to improve the administrative law enforcement abili- ty, to reinforce industry self- discipline, to provide the necessary legal services and to timely rescue sports industry for the healthy development of the sports industry by optimizing the environment of the rule of law.
