我国艺术体操项目发展环境研究

Research on Rhythmic Gymnastics Development Environment in Our Country

主要运用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法等对我国艺术体操项目发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析探讨,找出中国艺术体操发展的内外因素,为我国艺术体操的发展提供一定的理论依据。研究结果表明:(1)我国艺术体操项目发展环境的优势表现为我国经济的快速发展,国家的大力支持以及人口优势;(2)发展环境的劣势体现为对艺术体操项目宣传力度不够、理论研究相对落后、选材系统不够完善、运动员的技术水平有待进一步提高;(3)发展环境的机遇主要包括国家相关政策的支持和引导、体育管理体制的改革、评分规则的改变以及网络媒体的快速发展;(4)发展环境的挑战主要在于世界艺术体操第一集团的强劲实力及第二集团的快速崛起、我国艺术体操后备人才匮乏等。

The main results show that ： （ 1 ） the de- velopment of rhythmic gymnastics performance advantages of the environment the rapid development do China＇s economy, the country＇s strong support, as demographic advantage;（2）the development of environmental disadvantage reflected in rhythmic gymnastics enough publicity, theory is relatively backward, the selection system is not perfect, the technical level of athletes to be further improved ; （ 3 ） development environment including opportunities for relevant national policy support and guid- ance, sports management system reform, changes in scoring rules, as well as online media the rapid development; （4） devel- opment of major environmental challenges that the world rhythmic gymnastics strong strength of the first group and the second group, the rapid rise of rhythmic gymnastics talent scarcity.
