高校学生社团工作的管理与人才综合素质的培养有很密切的关系 ,高校学生社团以全面培养学生的综合素质及能力 ,丰富学生的课余科技文化生活 ,促进优良校风学风形成为目的 ,在实施素质教育和培养人才的综合素质方面 ,起着重要作用。本文试在理论分析的基础上 ,寻找素质教育与高校学生社团工作的契合点 ,探讨高校学生社团建设的现状。

The management of student associations in colleges/universities has a close relationship with the comprehensive quality of qualified personnel, Aiming at improving excellent school spirit as well as academic atmosphere, the student associations foster the students' comprehensive qualities & abilites,enrich their life by involving more activities in science & technology. Thus it does play an important part in carrying out our comprehensive education and developing talented persons' quality. The article attempts to find out the combination between comprehensive education with the students' association in colleges, based on theoretical analysis. Meanwhile, it explores the prospect of associations through perfecting its functions on the basis of present situation.
