技术创新对中国电子通信设备产品出口的影响分析——2001-2010年东中西部地区的数据分析

Research on the Impact of Technological Innovation on Chinese Export of Electronics and Communication Devices

近年来,我国出口贸易额增长飞速,但出口产品多为附加值低的初级产品。由于出口产品的国际贸易摩擦增多,中国开始重视技术创新在出口中的作用,以此提升出口产品的竞争力。高技术产业是一国技术创新的代表产业,而电子及通信设备产品的出口额一直占据着高技术产品出口额的半壁江山。文章选取2001年至2010年中国东中西部地区电子及通信设备产品R&D资金投入强度、R&D人员投入强度和拥有专利数作为技术创新的衡量因素,利用面板数据实证研究其对出口的影响,并对结果进行分析。

China＇s export has increased to 196 times that of the value before China＇s reform and opening up. But most of the export products are low value-added primary products, and the trade friction is increasing in the recent years. All of these make our country pay more attention to the role of technical innovation in export. The development of high technology industry can best represent the development of a country＇s technological innovation, and the export of our country＇s electronics and telecommunications products takes more than half the share of high technology products export. In this paper, we select the technical innovation factors in China＇s eastern, central and western regions from 2001 to 2010, including electronics and telecommunications products R＆I） funding intensity, the R＆D personnel input intensity and number of patents. By using panel data, we study their influence on export, and give reasonable analysis on the results.
