摘要
高等专科学校学前教育专业要培养适应学前教育改革和发展需要的"一专多能"应用型幼儿教师,要求学生既掌握学前教育专业的基础理论和基础技能,又具备从事幼儿园教师工作所需要的多种能力。其区别于本科和中专学前教育专业的能力结构,强调比同类专业的本科生有更强的专业技能,比同类专业的中专生有更高的综合素质,重在突出高专学前教育专业的综合性、技能性和应用性。为此,要明确高专学前教育专业能力结构的内涵和特点;在培养途径方面,要设置科学的课程体系,为培养专业能力打基础,还要树立科学规范的指导理念,有效促进学生的专业成长。此外,要构建科学的评价体系。
In technical and vocational colleges, the aim of preschool education is to train students, who major in it, to become versatile and application-oriented teachers at kindergartens so that they can adapt themselves to the reform and development of preschool education in China. Students are required to master basic theories and skills in the field of preschool education, and have abilities that can help them deal with the work and teaching at kindergartens in the future. The requirements differ from those at universities and technical secondary schools because the students are expected to be more skilled than the undergraduates and more qualified than the schools.
