美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦对男性高血压ED患者血清性激素水平的影响

Effect of Metorolol combined with Irbesartan on sex hormone level of male hypertension patients

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦对男性高血压ED患者血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选择2010年4月至2012年5月我院收治的高血压男性ED患者84例,按随机数字表将其分为3组,每组各28例。第1组为M组,采用非洛地平+美托洛尔的治疗方案,第2组为B组,采用非洛地平+厄贝沙坦的治疗方案,第3组为L组,采用非洛地平+美托洛尔+厄贝沙坦的治疗方案。观察和比较各组的降压有效率、IIEF(国际男性性功能判断指标)评分、性激素血清睾酮和SHBG(性激素结合球蛋白)水平。结果:L组总有效率达到96.43%,显著高于M组和B组(P<0.05),M组和B组总有效率间无显著差异(P>0.05);L组轻度和中度ED患者治疗IIEF评分达到22.74±0.56分和12.75±0.72分,显著高于M组和B组(P<0.05),M组、B组和L组重度ED患者治疗后IIEF评分较治疗前无显著变化(P>0.05);L组血清睾酮水平达到(620.38±214.06)nmol/L,显著高于M组和B组(P<0.05),治疗后M组、B组和L组ED患者SHBG水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦能显著降低ED患者的血压,提高性激素水平,改善性功能,临床效果显著优于两者单用。

Objectives： To investigate the effect of Metorolol combined with Irbesartan on male hypertension patients＇ sex hormone level in serum. Method： Eighty - four patients with hypertension sexual dysfunction presenting in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2012 were selected and divided into three groups according to random number table, with 28 cases in each group. Group M adopted the treatment of felodipine combined with metoprolol. Group B was administered with felodipine combined with Irbesartan. Croup L was administered with metoprolol combined with felodipine and Irbesartan. The antihypertensive effective rate, IIEF score, serum testosterone and SHBG level were observed and compared among the three groups. Results： The total effectiveness of the Group L reached 96.43% , which was significantly higher than that of Group M and Group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between Group M and Group B （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The IIEF score of the patients with mild and moderate ED in Group L were 22.74 _＋0. 56 and t2.75 -＋0.72, which was significantly higher than that of Group M and Group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while there showed no significant difference in the IIEF score among the patients with severe ED of the three groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The serum testosterone level in Group L was 620. 38 ± 214. 06 nmol/L, significantly higher than that of Group M and Group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the SHBG level among the three groups after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Metorolol combined with Irbesartan could significantly lower the blood pressure of ED patients and improve the level of sex hormone and sexual function. The clinical effect is significantly better than administering the two drugs separately.
