复方玄驹胶囊治疗少弱精子症的临床研究

Xuanju Compound Capsule in the treatment of Oligozoospermia

目的:评估复方玄驹胶囊对少弱精子症患者的精液参数的影响。方法:选择本院遗传与不育诊疗中心就诊的男性不育患者确诊的少弱精子症患者78例,给予复方玄驹胶囊口服,6周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后精液质量的变化,评估不同自然不育时间(年)对疗效的影响。结果:78例患者治疗结束后,显效33例,有效37例,无效8例,总有效率达89.74%。自然不育时间≤3年者疗效优于>3年者。结论:复方玄驹胶囊治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效明显,可以作为少弱精子症的常规治疗方法。

Objectives： To evaluate the clinical effect of Xuanju Compound Capsule in the treatment of oligospermia. Method： 78 oligospermia patients were chosen as research subjects. They took Xuanju Compound Capsule orally for twelve weeks, Semen quality was observed before and after treatment. The effect of different natural infertile time （years） on treatment outcome was evaluated. Results： After treatment, there were 33 cases with marked effect, 37 with effect, 8 with no effect. The total effective rate was 89.74%. Those with natural infertile time ≤3 years had better outcome than those with natural infertile time 〉 3 years. Conclusion： Xuanju Compound Capsule has significant clinical efficacy on oligospermia. It can be used as a routine method to treat oligospermia.
