百癣夏塔热胶囊联合治疗银屑病临床效果

Clinical efficacy of combined Baixuan Xiatare Capsules for Psoriasis Vulgaris

将2007年5月至2012年10月就诊的114例点滴状银屑病（A组）和172例斑块状银屑病患者（B组）各分为试验组和对照组,A试验组60例,A对照组54例,B试验组90例,B对照组82例,对A试验组和B试验组采用百癣夏塔热联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）、复方氟米松治疗,A对照组和B对照组采用NB-UVB联合复方氟米松治疗,持续8周,治疗前后分别进行银屑病面积与严重性指数（PASI）评分并统计分析.结果A试验组有效率96.7%,A对照组有效率81.5%（χ2=6.958,P〈0.05）;B试验组有效率86.7%,B对照组有效率71.9%（χ2=5.732,P〈0.05）.

All 114 patients with psoriasis punctata （A group） and another 172 with psoriasis plaque （B group） from May 2007 to October 2012 were divided into two groups respectively. They were further divided into testa （n=60） and controlA （n=54）; test B （n=90） and control B （n=82）. The test group received Baixuan Xiatare Capsules combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy and orsalin ointment and the control group with narrow-band uhraviolet B phototherapy and orsalin ointment. The efficacy was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index （PASI） at pre-treatment versus 8 weeks. The total effective rate was 96.7% in test A group versus g 1.5% after treatment in control A group （X2 = 6. 958, P 〈 0.05）. And the total effective rate was 86. 7% in test B group versus 71.9% in control B group（ X2 = 5.732. P 〈0. 05）.
