摘要
目的:分析中药注射剂不合理使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取2012年1月—2013年6月焦作市第二人民医院含中药注射剂的医嘱1 559例,对其合理性进行统计和分析。结果:中药注射剂在临床上存在溶剂选择不当、稀释比例不当、超剂量用药、超疗程用药、配伍不当、重复用药、使用禁忌等问题。结论:在临床用药过程中,应进一步规范中药注射剂的合理使用。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the irrational use of Chinese herbal injections for reference of clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS：The rationality of the use of Chinese herbal injections in a total 1 559 cases from Jan.2012 to June 2013 sampled randomly in Jiaozuo Second People＇s Hospital was statistically analyzed.RESULTS：The use of Chinese herbal injections had such problems as improper choice of solvents,improper dilution ratio,overdosage,prolonged course of treatment,irrational drug combination,repeated medication and contraindications etc.CONCLUSION：It is important to further standardize the rational use of Chinese herbal injections in clinical medication.
