对1例铅黄肠球菌颅内感染患者的药学监护体会

Experience of Pharmaceutical Care for One Case of Enterococcus Casselifavus Intracranial Infection

目的:探索临床药师参与抗感染诊治的切入点。方法:临床药师参与1例铅黄肠球菌颅内感染患者的会诊,并进行药学监护。结果与结论:临床药师能结合病情实际参与抗感染治疗方案的制定与调整,提供适当的药学监护,可协同临床医师优化药物治疗方案,保障患者用药安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the breakthrough point for clinical pharmacist to participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients receiving anti-infection therapy.METHODS：Clinical pharmacist participated in the consultation for one case of Enterococcus casselifavus intracranial infection and provided pharmaceutical care for this patient.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists can formulate and adjust the anti-infective therapy based on patient＇ s condition of illness,provide suitable pharmaceutical care and cooperate with clinicians to optimize the therapeutic regimen to ensure safety and effectiveness in patient＇ s medication.
