摘要
中医阴阳学说源于《易经》,其丰富的辨证思维方法指导着中医临床实践。但其无论在理论研究上还是在实践活动中,阴阳认识都未克服含糊性和不确定性的局限,显现出一定的教条主义和经验主义特性。本文提出具有时代性的思维方法都不可能在任何条件下,对解决所有问题都是科学有效的。因而更新观念,改变思维方式是中医现代化的需要,是中医事业发展的需要。
The Yin Yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine was born of ＂book of changes＂,its rich dialectical thinking method have guided clin- ical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. But both in theoretical research and in practice, it didn＇t overcome the limitations of vagueness and uncertainty, either dogmatism, or empiricism. This paper presents that any thinking method could not solve all problems scientifically and validly under any conditions. So the renewal of idea and change of thinking are the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine needs and the needs of career development.
