红花逍遥片治疗多囊卵巢综合征156例

The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by Honghua Xiaoyao tabets for 156 case

目的探讨红花逍遥片在治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者的疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2012年12月收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者156例,给予口服红花逍遥片治疗,观察患者服药前后血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)水平,服药后排卵情况,妊娠率及妊娠结果。结果服用3个月后观察LH、LH/FSH、T值水平较服药前明显降低,而FSH明显升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。服药后排除干扰妊娠率为54.5%(85/156),排卵率为80.1%(124/156),早期流产率为11.8%(10/85)。结论红花逍遥片治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,具有排卵率高、妊娠率高、流产率低的优点。治疗方便简单可作为治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的首选治疗方法。

Objective Exploration for Honghua Xiaoyao tabets therapeutic effect in the treatment of infertility in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods From January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital,out--patient treatment of infertility 156 eases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome to give oral Honghua Xiaoyao tabets treatment serum Iuteinizing hormone（LH）, follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）, testosterone （T）, ovulation pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcomes. Results After taking 3 months, LH LH/FSH T value level is significantly lower than before and FSH increased significantly with significant difference（ P 〈0. 01） ,removing interference the pregnancy rate was 54. 5 % （85/156） ,the ovulation rate was 80. 1% （124/156） ,the early abortion rate was 11. 8% （10/85）. Conclusion Honghua Xiaoyao tabets treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome effect is remarkable, has high ovulation rate, high pregnancy rate low abortion rate. The advantages of convenient treatment simple and can be used as a therapy in treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
