关于神经内科临床护理带教的几点思考

About some thoughts on clinical nursing teaching of neurology

护理带教是护生角色转变为护士角色必不可少的阶段,帮助护生将在校学习到的有关知识,付诸于实践,是理论与护理技能结合,是获得护理工作所必须的专业技能、态度、行为、理念及思维的过程。我院为呼伦贝尔草原的一所具有临床、科研及教学三级甲等综合性医院,分担着内蒙古地区医学类院校的基础及临床带教工作。笔者就职于我院神经内科,承担临床护理及临床护生带教工作,为培养神经内科合格的护理人才,在实践中不断摸索总结,并阅读大量资料,将神经内科临床护理的心得报告如下,愿与同道共同学习,加以提高。

Nursing teaching is a indispensable stage which changes the role of nursing students for the nurse role, It can help the related knowledge of nursing students studied in school are put into practice. Theory combined with nursing skills, are necessary to obtain nursing professional skills, ideas, attitudes, behavior and thinking process. Our hospital is the third rate synthetic hospital to share the medieala clinical and scientific research and teaching for the Hulun Beier Grassland. The author worked in department of neurology, undertaken clinical nursing students teaching work. In order to train qualified nursing personnel, the neurology clinical nursing observations is reported.
