Train ticket scalping on the Intemet, a new kind of scalping form, has been on the rise. Facing the fast dissimilating way of committing crime, the current criminal law and judicial interpretations seem to be a little lagged behind. In the information age, the judicial determination of the nature of the new crime form of ＂ticket scalping＂ is controversial and difficult. Consequently, it is necessary to bring train ticket ＂scalping＂ on the network into criminal law for regulation through amplified interpretations, so that the crime and the non-crime of scalping will be distinguished clearly in the network age.
