摘要
本文分别按照“绝对改变量”最小与“相对改变量”最小的要求 ,统筹考虑最大正特征值以及各消耗系数的逆向优化调整问题 ,得到了一种普适而又简便的所谓“绝对一步法”与“相对一步法” “一步法”较之“两步法”具有明显的优点 ,不仅计算更简单 。
This paper propose the one step method that adjusts inversively and optimally the input coefficent matrix in accordance with absolute or relative increments,the one step method is a popular,suitable and simple way.The one step method is more outstanding obviously than the two step method,it is more simple not only in calcution,and it is more square with reality but also in result.
