脑电双频指数的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨脑电双频指数(BIS)在不同手术患者的应用价值。方法选择本院不同科室需行手术患者共计200例,随机分组,观察组在BIS监测下行全身麻醉,对照组采取常规用药行全身麻醉,观察两组血流动力学改变、苏醒时间、拔管时间、麻醉药物总量。结果两组在插管后、术中血流动力学相关指标及BIS比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);苏醒时间、丙泊酚总用量观察组均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BIS在麻醉过程中有助于维持稳定血流动力学,具有重要价值。
