阿托伐他汀治疗高血压急性脑出血的疗效及对患者C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨阿伐他汀治疗高血压急性脑出血的疗效及对患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取90例高血压急性脑出血患者,在给予常规治疗的基础上,加用阿托伐他汀(阿乐)进行治疗,分析治疗前后的疗效并比较治疗前后患者血浆CRP的含量。结果阿托伐他汀(阿乐)可以显著降低患者的颅内压及血浆CRP水平;同时还能改善患者神经功能,(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀(阿乐)可降低CRP水平,抑制炎症反应保护颅神经,改善神经功能,促进患者恢复。
