制备型高效液相色谱法在海洋生物分离中的应用

Application of preparative high performance liquid chromatography in separation of marine organisms

摘要 以海洋生物氨基酸L-色氨酸和L-赖氨酸为载体,探讨了影响制备型液相色谱制备分离效果的因素。结果表明,在满足分离条件和制备量要求的前提下,当进样量较小时,可以用提高进样浓度的方法来提高制备量;当进样量较大时,可以用加大进样体积的方法来提高制备量。 The influencing factors for separation effect of preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) are investigated using L-tryptophan and L-lysine from marine organisms as carriers.The results show that ensuring the separation demand and the preparative throughput,when the amount of sample is very small,increasing the injected concentration method is better.However,when the amount of sample is very large,increasing the injected volume method is better.
