负载NiO凹凸棒石微波催化玉米芯制取氢气的研究

摘要 采用生物质微波裂解技术,以凹凸棒石粉末负载NiO为催化剂,在微波装置中对玉米芯进行微波催化气化制取氢气。考察了微波功率、NiO的负载量、催化剂的质量对玉米芯催化热解气化所得气体组成的影响,实验结果表明,获得最高氢气产率的较优工艺条件为:微波功率为1 000 W,NiO的负载量为18%,催化剂的用量为2g。 The hydrogen production via gasification from corn cob is performed in a microwave heating reactor with NiO-loaded palygorskite powder as catalysts by using the catalytic pyrolysis of biomass technology.The influences of microwaves power,the NiO loading of catalysts and the amount of catalyst on the catalytic gasification composition are studied.The optimal operating conditions to obtain highest hydrogen yield is shown as follows:1 000 W of the microwaves power,18% of the NiO loading and 2 g of the amount of catalysts.
