摘要
电镀前处理废水一般为高CODcr且难生化处理的水样.通过查阅文献并研究发现可采用Fenton氧化技术降低CODCr.笔者采用Fenton法处理铜合金镀件(小五金)电镀前处理废水,使处理后的水样能达到后续生化处理的水质要求.试验用水样为小五金电镀前处理废水,废水颜色呈钴蓝色,CODCr=350~400mg/L,pH=13.95.通过Fenton反应各单因素条件的试验优化工艺参数,去除率达55%,CODCr降低到175 mg/L,可有效降低废水中的CODCr,减轻下一步生化处理的负担.最佳工艺参数:pH=3.0;质量比CODcr/H2O2=1;质量比Fe2 +/H2O2=1;反应时间t=15 min.
Electroplating pretreatment wastewater,which contains a great quantity of refractory organics,is too complex to be treated by the traditional biochemical treatment.It is necessary to seek another effective pretreatment technology.In this paper,Fenton technology,as a pretreatment technology of biochemical treatment,is used to treat electroplating pretreatment wastewater of copper alloy plating parts,which can reduce the CODCr in the discharge to meet the requirement of inlet for the successive biochemical treatment unit.The wastewater used in this experiment comes from the actual electroplating production with 350-400 mg/L of CODCr.Based on test and analysis,CODCr can be reduced to about 175 mg/L and the CODCr removal rate will reach 55% under the optimum conditions.The optimize parameters is as follows:3.0 of pH,1.0 of CODCr/H2O2,1 of Fe2+/H2O2 and 15 minutes of time.
