氨水吸收式制冷装置新型精馏器设计

Design of a new distillation on an ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system

设计了小型氨水吸收式制冷装置新型精馏器。为减小系统尺寸提高制冷效果,改良了精馏塔的结构,采用填料式及板式复合方式。从节约能源角度简要分析了采用改良后氨水吸收式制冷的经济性及应用前景。

A new type of distillation is designed on the filler and plate composite way which can improve the structure of the rectification column in order to reduce the size and increase the refrigeration efficiency.At last,economic analysis and application prospects on the small ammonia absorption refrigeration are briefly presented on the view of energy conservation.
