小波分析是八十年代发展起来的新的数学分支，小波基和小波包的构造不但在理论上，而且在应用中具有实际意义，本文构造了一个具有较快衰减性。

As a new branch of applied mathematics, Wavelet analysis is developed in the eighties. Construction of wavelet basis and wavelet packet have important sense not only in theory but also in practical application. This paper constructs a orthogonal wavelet packet which can achieve numerical calculus and which have maily properties such as faster decrease, better smoothness and symmetry.
