防腐型合成航空润滑油台架评定

摘要 通过航空发动机在地面台架上的长期试车对新研制的防腐型合成航空润滑油进行了考核和评价。试车过程中对发动机滑油系统参数进行了实时监测和分析,并且定期抽取发动机滑油系统中的滑油,化验被试滑油的粘度、酸值、闪点及金属元素的变化情况,分析滑油品质随着发动机工作时间增长的变化规律。该项整机试验结果表明,被试的防腐型润滑油不仅拥有优异腐蚀抑制性能,其润滑抗磨和高温抗结焦能力同样突出,能够满足发动机的长期使用要求。 Through the long-term test of the aero engine reliability on ground bench, we check and assess the new anti-corrosion synthetic aero lubricant. During the testing process, the parameters of the engine lubrica- tion system is monitored and analyzed real-time. We accumulate and analyze the changing data about the lu- bricant performance. All the results show that the newly developed product has excellent anti-oxidation at high temperature, as well as anti-wear and lubricating performance, corrosion inhibition and anti-foam per- formance. And it also has excellent long-term storage stability and service performance.
