In this article we proved that the occupation time process Y(t) ds of thesuper process Xt with branching mechanism and d≤3 transient Ornstein-Uhlen-beck (O. U.) underlying process,is absolutly continuous with respect to the Lebesgue mea-sure, and its density process Y(t,x) is joint continuous in t ≥ 0,x∈e Rd.
