成人晚期髋关节结核的功能重建

DISCUSSION ON FUNCTION RECONSTRUCTION OF ADULT LATE STAGE TUBERCULOSIS OF HIP

目的探讨成人晚期髋关节结核功能丧失的患者髋关节功能重建的方法。方法对20例成人晚期髋关节结核功能丧失的患者,5例行髋关节成形术,15例行全髋关节置换术,并分析评定疗效。结果髋关节成形组采用JOA评分,优1例,良4例,无中及差病例。全髋关节置换组采用Harris评分,优7例,良5例,中2例,差1例。未致结核复发,未有假体松动和感染。结论根据患者年龄、关节破坏程度,选择性对晚期髋关节结核功能丧失的患者实施髋关节成形术或全髋关节置换术,可不同程度恢复髋关节的负重和行走功能。是切实有效重建髋关节功能的方法。

Objective To explore the function reconstruction method of adult late stage tuberculosis of hip. Methods Totally 20 patients with adult late stage tuberculosis of hip were treated, 5 cases had been treated with hip angioplasty, 15 cases had been treated with total hip replacement, then analyse-sed its curative effect. Results Patients were treated with hip angioplasty according to JOA scores system, result was excellent in 1 cases, good in 4 cases. Patients were treated with total hip replace- ment according to Harris scores system, result was excellent in 7 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 2 case and poor in 1 case. No relapse tuberculosis, no false body loosening and infection. Conclusion Pa-tients with adult late stage tuberculosis of hip are treated with hip angioplasty or total hip replacement by age and destructiveness of joints can recuperate different degree of the hip load and walking func- tion, it is a kind of effective method of hip reconstruction of functions.
