摘要
目的分析医务人员在与恶性肿瘤军人患者沟通中存在的问题,探讨如何关注军人性格特征,加强与军队肿瘤患者的沟通。方法选择以军人身份登记的恶性肿瘤患者99例,对其经治医生进行问卷调查,分析沟通七要素对医患沟通的影响程度,并对权重进行排序。结果沟通七要素对与军人肿瘤患者沟通的影响权重排序依次为信息、背景、接受者、反馈、障碍、通道、信息源。结论必须针对军人的个性特征,提高沟通技巧,以实现与军人肿瘤患者的良好沟通,提高为部队服务水平。
Objective To strength the communication with cancer patients in army by analysis of the problems that occurred in the communication between doctors and patients with different characteris-tics. Methods A total of 99 cases of cancer patients that registered as army identity between 2009 and 2013 were recruited. A survey to the doctors who treated these patients was carried out. The influence of seven factors on doctor-patient communication was analyzed, and the weight was sorted. Results The ranks of importance in the seven communication elements were information source, background, receiver, feedback, obstacle, channel, and information. Conclusion Considering the personal charac-teristics and social relationships of soldiers, we must improve the communication skills to communicate with cancer patients and to improve the service standard for the army.
