肾脏嗜酸性细胞瘤4例诊治分析

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF RENAL ONCOCYTOMA

目的探讨肾脏嗜酸性细胞瘤的临床诊断,提高对该疾病的治疗水平。方法回顾分析了4例肾脏嗜酸性细胞瘤的临床资料。结果 4例术前均诊断为肾癌,1例行肾癌根治术,3例行保留肾单位切除术,病理证实为肾脏嗜酸性细胞瘤。结论肾脏嗜酸性细胞瘤其临床表现及影像学上无特异性,其诊断主要依靠病理检查和免疫组化。

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis of renal oncocytoma and improve the treatment of it. Methods Clinical date of 4 patients with renal oncocytoma were reviewed, Results Three cases were diagnosed as renal cancer befor operation. One case was treated by radical nephreetomy and 3 ea-ses partial nephrectomy. All cases were diagnosed as having renal oncocytoma by postoperative pathol-ogy. Conclusions Oncocytoma has no specific features on the aspects of symptom, physical sign and imaging. The positive diagnosis shoud be established on histopathologic and immunohistochemical studies.
