我国高校学生事务专业标准体系建设研究

On the Construction of Professional Standard System of Student Affairs in Chinese Colleges and Universities

建设具有科学性、先进性、实践性、可重复性和指导性的学生事务专业标准体系,是我国高校学生事务管理专业化发展的内在要求。学生事务专业标准体系由其基础标准指导下的学生事务管理者标准和管理标准所构成,具有评价、引领、教育和控制的功能。因此,应明确我国学校学生事务专业标准体系的原则与总体思路,从学生事务管理标准与管理者专业标准两个子系统逐步完善专业标准体系。

To establish the professional standard system of student affairs administration characterized with scientificity, advancement, practicality, repeatability and guidance is the intrinsic requirement for the rapid professional development of student affairs administration in universities in China. The professional student affairs administration standard system consists of two dimensions, namely, the professional standard for administrators of student affairs and that for administration, which has the function of evaluation, guidance, education and regulation.
