我国小学教师专业化发展战略与路径选择 被引量:17

On the Development Strategy and Route Choice for the Specialization of Primary School Teachers in China

摘要 我国小学教师专业化的进程总体平稳,创新不断,成绩斐然,但在体系构建、资格准入、经费投入等制度安排与政策选择上,还存在一些亟待研究解决的问题。应从国家利益和民族未来的战略高度,进一步确立小学教师教育的独特地位,采取切实有效的政策措施,使小学教师专业化的推进步伐更加稳健、更加科学、可持续。 Abstract: In the steady development of the specialization of primary school teachers, there have been continuous innovations and great achievements. Nevertheless, there still exits some problems to be considered in the construction of the system, admittance system of the teachers~ qualifications as well as the arrangement and policy of the investment. It is suggested that the further establishment of the unique position for the primary school teachers~ education is to be enhanced from the perspective of the national benefit and future. Furthermore, the adoption of the reliable measures is sure to be beneficial to a more steady, scientific and sustainable promotion of the specialization of primary school teachers.
