硅藻土及其复配剂处理聚合物驱含油污水实验

摘要 针对大庆油田聚合物驱含油污水的特点,采用混凝法处理含油污水中的油;进行单独硅藻土与硅藻土复配剂处理聚合物含油污水效果对比,探讨聚合氯化铝与硅藻土复配剂的不同加药量、复配比、混合搅拌速度、pH、沉淀时间对聚合物驱含油污水中油去除率的影响.结果表明:聚合氯化铝与硅藻土复配处理效果最好,油去除率最高达到69.23%;当投加量为300mg/L,复配比为1∶11(质量比),混合搅拌速度为350r/min,水样pH为7.0,沉淀时间为30min时,复配药剂除油率最高,能够满足后续水处理含油量的要求. In view of the characteristics of polymer flooding in Daqing oilfield oily wastewater,oily wastewater is treated by coagulation.By treating oily sewage of polymer flooding with the separate diatomite and the mixture of coagulant and diatomite,we think PAC and diatomite was better,the removal rate reached 69.23%.Investigate affection on different dosage,mixture ratio,mixing and stirring speed,flocculation stirring speed,pH,settling time of PAC and diatomite to removal rate.Experiments results showed the optimal conditions:dosage was 300mg/L,mixture ratio was 1∶11,mixing and stirring speed was 350r/min,pH was 7.0,settling time was 30min,the removal rate mixture coagulant was best,oil content of effluent water met the requirements of subsequent processing.
