新型复合分子筛加氢裂化催化剂的研制及性能评价 被引量:6

摘要 以Y—Beta/MCM--41新型复合分子筛和无定形硅铝为酸性组分,以w—Ni为活性金属组分,制备中油型加氢裂化催化剂.采用XRD、sEM—EDS、NH3-TPD、Py—IR和XRF等分析技术对催化剂进行表征,并在200mL加氢评价装置中对催化剂进行加氢裂化性能评价.结果表明,该催化剂在反应压力为15MPa、氢油体积比为1500:1、体积空速为1.5h-1的条件下,中油选择性为79.16%,C于液体收率为98.92%,温度在65~140℃时重石脑油芳潜质量分数为43.3%,温度在140~370℃时柴油十六烷值为61.7,温度大于370℃时尾油BMCI值为6.5,分别可作为优质的重整装置进料、柴油调和组分及乙烯裂解原料. A new hydrocracking catalyst was prepared with Y-Beta/MCM-41composite molecular sieve and amorphous silica-alumina as acid components,and with W-Ni combination as active metal components.The physical and chemical properties were analyzed by XRD,SEM-EDS,NH3-TPD and other tools.Meanwhile,hydrocracking performance of the catalyst was evaluated on 200mL hydrocracking apparatus.The results show that the hydrocracking catalyst containing Y-Beta/MCM-41composite molecular sieve has high selectivity to middle distillates、C+ 5liquid yield under the condition of reaction pressure 15MPa,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 1 500∶1and LHSV 1.5h-1.Selectivity to middle distillates and C+ 5liquid yield are 79.16%and 98.92%.The obtained excellent products–heavy naphtha of aromatic potentiality 43.3%,diesel of cetane number 61.7%,and tail oil of BMCI number 6.5can be used as feedstock of reforming units,blending diesel and ethylene pyrolysis feedstock respectively.
