提高优质碳素结构钢(20#)钢板质量的研究

Research of Improving the Guality of the Fine Guality Carbon Structural 20# Steel Plate.

本文运用正交试验方法 ,确定优质碳素结构钢 (2 0 # )钢板热轧工艺参数 ,实现控制 ,提高2 0 #钢板的综合机械性能和冷弯工艺性能 。

In this paper,in order to improve the comprehensive mechanical property(the breaking down strength σb and the elongalion δs)and the cold bending property of the 20# steel plate,increase the products' quality,we utilized the method of intersecting experiment to define the hot-rolling technological parameter of the 20# steel plate;realized the controlling rolling.It states the decision of the intersecting experimental program and test method and course in this paper.We handled with the test results in correct way and applied the best parameter to the manufacturing process,and we got satisfing conclusions.
