摘要 研制一种新型耐硫、抗胶质镍系加氢催化剂,在固定床液相加氢装置评价催化剂性能,考察催化剂制备方法、载体和助剂种类对裂解C9馏分加氢性能的影响.结果表明,浸渍法制备的催化剂活性较高,添加稀土分子筛及助剂后的催化剂低温活性更好.在反应器入口温度(60~ 80)℃、空速1.5 h-1、反应压力3.0 MPa和氢油体积比500:1条件下,对催化剂进行240h稳定性实验,裂解C9馏分的双烯值由5.3 g-I2·(100g)-1降至约0.60 g-I2·(100g)-1,溴值由57.2 g-Br2·(100g)-1降至约25.5 g-Br2·(100g)-1,稳定性良好. New nickel-based hydrogenation catalysts with sulfur resistant and anti colloid were developed.The performance of the as-prepared catalysts was evaluated in a fixed-bed hydrogenation unit.The influence of catalyst preparation methods,supports and additives on the hydrogenation properties of the catalysts for C9 distillate pyrolysis was investigated.The results showed that the catalyst prepared by impregnation method had higher catalytic activity,and better low-temperature activity after adding rare earth molecular sieve and additives.Under the condition of reactor entrance temperature (60-80) ℃,space velocity 1.5 h-1,reaction pressure 3.0 MPa,and H2/oil volume ratio 500:1,the stability test of the catalyst for 240 h was carried out.The results indicated that the diene value for cracking C9 fraction decreased from 5.3 g-I2 · (100g)-1 to 0.60 g-I2 · (100g)-1,bromine value reduced from 57.2 g-Br2 · (100g)-1 to 25.5 g-Br2 · (100g)-1 ;the catalyst possessed good stability.
