摘要
微藻具有诸多优良特性,是生物柴油最具潜力的原料之一。但大规模培养微藻制备生物柴油尚需解决优良藻种的选育、高密度培养、细胞采收、脱水及高效生物反应器设计等技术问题。该文从藻种、营养因素、培养条件、营养方式及培养模式等方面,阐述了当前影响富油微藻高密度培养和油脂积累因素的研究概况,以期为微藻培养及微藻油脂生产研究者提供参考。
Microalgae is one of most attractive feedstock for biodiesel due to its lots of l excellent properties. However, there were a variety of bottlenecks for large-scale cultivation of microalgae, e.g. breeding microalgal strains, high density cultivation technology, harvesting and dehydration of microalgal biomass, design of efficient bioreactor and so on. This review illustrates the factors in high-density cultivation and lipid accumulation of oleaginous microalgae to provide references for mieroalgal technologists, in terms of microalgal species, nutrient elements, culture conditions, nutrition styles and cultivation modes.
