曲安奈德与雷公藤多甙联合治疗顽固性结节性痒疹

Triamcinolone Acetonide and Combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii Treatment of Intractable Prurigo Nodularis

目的:观察曲安奈德联合雷公藤多甙治疗顽固性结节性痒疹的疗效,探讨优势治疗方案。方法:将63例患者随机分为两组,观察组32例予口服雷公藤多甙片20mg,3次/d,同时予以皮损内局部浸润注射适量曲安奈德,1次/3周;对照组31例给予口服地沙立度安片20mg,3次/d,同时予以皮损处涂抹卤米松乳膏,3次/d;治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:观察组32例患者均出现不同程度的好转,有效率100%,痊愈26例,痊愈率81.25%;对照组31例患者有24例出现不同程度的好转,有效率77.42%,痊愈19例,痊愈率61.29%。两组病例痊愈率、有效率比较其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德联合雷公藤多甙治疗顽固性结节性痒疹的疗效肯定,值得临床深入探讨。

Objective ：Observation of curative effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with Tripterygium Glycosides treatment of intractable prurigo nodularis ,to explore the advantages of treatment .Methods ：63 patients were randomly divided into two groups ,32 cases in observation group received oral Tripterygium wilfordii tablets 20mg ,3 times/d ,al-so be in the skin lesions of local infiltration injection amount of triamcinolone acetonide ,1/3 weeks ;31 cases in control group were given oral Sarit degree an tablets 20mg ,3 times/d ,also be the lesions with halogen dipropionate cream ,3 times/d;observation of curative effect after treatment for three months .Results：The observation group 32 patients had different degrees of improvement ,with an efficiency of 100% ,26 cases were cured ,the cure rate was 81 .25% ;control group 31 patients 24 patients had different degrees of improvement ,with an efficiency of 77 .42% ,19 cases were cured , the cure rate was 61 .29% .In 2 cases ,the cure rate of comparative efficiency were statistically significant （P〈0 .05） . Conclusion：The efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with Tripterygium Glycosides treatment of intractable prurigo nodularis ,is worthy of further study .
