摘要
在植物体中转录因子通过与顺式作用元件相结合对功能基因进行转录调控,完成复杂的生命活动。文中综述了WRKY转录因子的特点及分类,以及拟南芥对环境胁迫进行应答过程中WRKY转录因子发挥功能的机制,为WRKY家族基因功能的进一步开发利用提供依据。
Transcription factors regulate transcriptional level of functional genes by binding to cis-aeting element. This process makes plant complete life activities. The types and characters of WRKY transcription factors and functional mechanism of process in which WRKY partici- pate in responding to environmental stress were reviewed, so as to provide a basis for further devclopment and utilization of WRKY family gene function.
