摘要 [目的]为获得符合国家化学农药标准的粉红粘帚菌分生孢子可湿性粉剂。[方法]选择常用助剂和粉红粘帚菌分生孢子进行生物相容性检测,初步筛选出影响较小或者没有影响的助剂,筛选出的助剂,进行粉红粘帚菌可湿性粉剂的研制。[结果]最终确定10%可湿性粉剂的配方为:粉红粘帚菌的分生孢子粉10%,润湿分散剂EFW 1%、K12 2%、D425 7%、NNO 7%,紫外保护剂黄原胶0.3%,载体凹凸棒土补足100%。[结论]检测结果表明粉红粘帚菌分生孢子可湿性粉剂的润湿时间为18s,质量悬浮率75.87%,孢子悬浮率72.05%,pH 5.9,含水量1.92%,98.34%可通过200目筛,符合国家化学农药可湿性粉剂的标准,为粉红粘帚菌可湿性粉剂的开发提供理论基础。 [ Objective] The aim was to develop the qualified Clonostachys rosea WP which is in accordance with National Pesticide Standard. [ Method] The pesticide adjuncts were screened according to biocompatibility. The wettable powder of Clonostachys rosea was developed with these screened adjuncts which have no or less effects on the bioactivities of Clonostachys rosea. [ Result] The compositions of 10% Clonostachys rosea WP: Clonostachys rosea powder 10% ; wettable and dispersible agents: EFW 1%, K12 2%, D425 7%, NNO 7% ; UV protectant: Xanthan gum 0.3% ; Palygouskite as filler make up to 100%. [ Conclusion] The test results showed that the wettability was 18 second, weight suspensibility was 75.87%, spore suspensibility was 72.05%, pH value was 5.9, the moisture was 1.92% and the fineness was 98.34% through 200 um sieve. Every index of wettable powder of Clonostachys rosea was in accordance with National Pesticide WP standard. This study may provide theoretical basis for the development of Clonostachys rosea wettable powder.
